Navy Pier

Navy Pier

by John Corwin
Martin and Kurt are old college friends and fellow aspiring writers. They share youthful inspiration, ideals and ambition until Kurt, the superior talent, gets a break with the publication of one of his stories in the New Yorker. Soon Kurt is heading for the big city lights and success, taking with him Martin’s girlfriend into the bargain. These events unfold with painful precision in this poignant and disturbing play, which received its first UK production at the Soho Theatre in 2000.
